We still hope to build a prosperous future for our country.
The wealth and variety of our natural and human resources, especially our youth’s potential, enable us to overcome all obstacles and challenges. Though we look to the future with ambition and enthusiasm, we mustn’t forget the experience, drive and determination of the late Ahmad Chalabi, the Secretary General of the Iraqi National Congress. He had always hoped that Iraq would rise to the status it deserves and spared no time, effort or money to concretize his vision.
It is urgent to build a civil democratic state where Iraqis of all religions, races and creeds cohabitate without discrimination. This can only be achieved by adopting an ambitious and realistic program which hinges on our youth’s capabilities and ultimately enable us to reach our goal of building a new Iraq with the skills and competencies of an Iraqi youth that is devoted to the nation.
